Conrad Pattison

Conrad Pattison joined the PLF Board in 2023 and is currently the Parks & Open Spaces Manager at New Plymouth District Council.  He has been in the Horticulture industryfor over 25 years, starting in commercial horticulture then working within the Parks industry.  He has an arboricultural background starting in Auckland's Cornwall Park and progressing through the parks industry.

Conrad has held various roles including the Council forestry portfolio, undertaking parks civil projects and parks coastal structures maintenance including running the Parks services team (turf, Hard Landscaping, Arboriculture, Horticulture and Cemeteries/ Crematorium) .  He has a diploma in Environmental Management amongst other National certificates and has held previous board roles in NZ ARB as treasurer and secretary.

Conrad is passionate about the important role Parks play in everyday life of our communities and more so leading into a period of adaption planning.
